Schnelle und kompetente Hilfe ( wenn auch nur in Englisch). Die Anbindung an den Shop war in Minuten erledigt und das Onboarding ebenfalls. Bin auf die Ergebnisse gespannt aber bisher sieht es gut aus.

Apres qui je telecharger cette apli mon magazin il vien full. Avec des suci par tout, je recomend pas cett aplis.. En plus je pas de chaine pour parle avec le gent responsable. Pas la paine!

I am sorry to hear that you had an issue after installing our app. 😔 We would love to have you reinstall so that we can look into this and address the issues you mentioned. Please note that our app only adds meta tags for SEO, which are added to your site's source code. It shouldn't affect your site's front end, and it is not designed to add any photos or anything to your site. Also, since you were on our Free plan when you installed our app, it is limited to one feature only: optimizing image alt texts(bits of image-related code) so that your product images are ranked higher on Google Images, but again, it doesn't have the capability to add images. However, so that we can properly investigate the issue you reported, I see here that our Tier 2 team sent you a collab request 6 hours ago, but we haven't received your response yet. We do need your confirmation if the collab request has been approved. If you didn't receive any of our messages, I recommend checking your spam folder.
