Alex was great. I had a question about one thing, and while waiting , she recommended another easy thing for me to do to optimize our site. In the midst of wrapping up the conversation, i had another question, as i am very noice about all of this and she made some great recommendations. So far, a few minutes into using the app, i feel pretty comfortable with letting it do its thing, and feel confident ill be able to chat with a real person if i have questions in the future, which i know i will! The setup in the free plan was very simple. Of course, many things are limited here - but it's certainly useful for a start. My first contact with EJ was very nice and competent - I had my store verified. I'm curious to see how the app will affect my company.
