Alex was great. I had a question about one thing, and while waiting , she recommended another easy thing for me to do to optimize our site. In the midst of wrapping up the conversation, i had another question, as i am very noice about all of this and she made some great recommendations. So far, a few minutes into using the app, i feel pretty comfortable with letting it do its thing, and feel confident ill be able to chat with a real person if i have questions in the future, which i know i will! The setup in the free plan was very simple. Of course, many things are limited here - but it's certainly useful for a start. My first contact with EJ was very nice and competent - I had my store verified. I'm curious to see how the app will affect my company. I will report back when I have the opportunity to submit another review.

I have had this app for a day now and can already see the difference. I got it with the intentions of checking it out and deleting it, but have instead decided to subscribe to the pro plan. Glad I did. I believe it will be worth the monthly subscription. If I sell 1 item extra due to this app, it will pay for itself and I believe it will do more than that. It took my SEO rating from a D to an A. I used other site's SEO ratings before and after as well and it truly did make a huge difference. Oh yeah, their customer service is excellent as well. I had a chat session with Alex and she helped me with everything I needed promptly. A+
