Izzy was amazing! She provided insight into the app, was very fast with the responses, and even provided some information about my website that I hadn't noticed. She sent over a guide on how to update along with other helpful tips to explore on the app. I had trouble enabling a promo to sign up with Booster SEO, but she was able to provide the link in order for me to get the promo.

App randomly deletes uploaded images both for products and blog posts.
Hi Grand Goldman and Co, James here with the Booster SEO team. Yikes. I am so sorry to hear this happened. That should _never_ happen. I've got our Tier 2 team looking into this right now. In fact it's not possible for the app to do this, so I'm thinking this could be a clue to something else. In any case we'll look into it now and reach out over email shortly.
