Right from the off I got a very warm welcome and the sense that my chat was getting focused attention. Alex asked a couple of questions then got us setup in no time. Alex then ran through a couple of actions and told me what the app was doing in the background. I was welcomed, onboarded and left knowing that I was in good hands in just a few minutes. A perfect start to what I expect will be a long and mutually beneficial relationship. All UX should be like this.

Therese helped me a lot with the store, the app could be a little expensive compared to another ones related to alt-text and image optimization, but it is fast and does not give much trouble, does the work without inconvenient
