I have just moved across from Yoast to Booster SEO and was a little worried about the change at first. I've heard good things about Booster so I wanted to give it ago. Once downloaded, I was put through to Jon, who was extremely supportive and proactive in helping me set up correctly. Customer service is super important to our business, and a company who actually has real people to talk to! I would 1000% recommend Booster to anyone - Jon is an asset to the company! App randomly deletes uploaded images both for products and blog posts.
Hi Grand Goldman and Co, James here with the Booster SEO team. Yikes. I am so sorry to hear this happened. That should _never_ happen. I've got our Tier 2 team looking into this right now. In fact it's not possible for the app to do this, so I'm thinking this could be a clue to something else. In any case we'll look into it now and reach out over email shortly.
