My initial experience with BOOSTER is very good! Help and support has been fast and effective, and so far I am a happy costumer! Trish who has been taking care of my initial setup, is answering fast and giving precise answers. It makes me feel comfortable using BOOSTER. So far it has been able to optimize my page and compress my pictures with no problem. I was in doubt if any of the SEO tools offered by Shopify was any good in comparison with external SEO tools. But as initially stated: so far so good! -And by the way... Trish is 101% (super)human. Nice :)

Loving this App so far! I'm extremely new to SEO and their customer service is amazing! I worked with Izzy today and not only did she help with the issue I had but also suggested additional items on my site to be edited in order to increase traffic. Great customer service for an App - I highly recommend it!

So far this app has been incredibly easy to setup and use. It's made quick work of optimizing my images and metafields. Izzy was very helpful with customer service in the beginning, ensuring I had what I needed to get started. Would recommend!

Hi guys. So i spoke to Jon, and i asked him every question in the book for 30 minutes, I hope booster didn't get too frustrated with me lol. The quality of service and prompt replies and in-depth answers that I needed were amazing. It's good to have a service relationship that I can count on. The automatic features on booster are also great. Image optimization and the SEO tools booster offers is literally on statistic 99% to optimize SEO rankings. Chatted with Pat from Customer Service and they helped me verify my store in order to get access to the priority servers. Pat not only helped me with that, but offered some suggestions to help my store become more authorative in the customer's view. Great customer service, and a great app!

Good and fast support even if I didn't want to use the App they helped me find a solution to my problem. You have to use the App's chat.

Also, kindly install the app again so that we can troubleshoot the issue. We also have 24/7 chat support, you can find the Chat icon on the lower right corner once you are on the app's Dashboard page. Also, if you are referring to the visual element of your site, please note that our app does not modify anything visible in your site's theme. It adds SEO data to your site's code, but the visual elements of your site are totally untouched by our app. The image compression in our app's Premium plan lowers the file size of your images, but it does not visibly change images. Lastly, please note that uBlock addon is a browser extension, our app doesn't add or have anything to do with browser extensions. Looking forward to your response to the email we sent you.
