So far this app has been incredibly easy to setup and use. It's made quick work of optimizing my images and metafields. Izzy was very helpful with customer service in the beginning, ensuring I had what I needed to get started. Would recommend!

Hi guys. So i spoke to Jon, and i asked him every question in the book for 30 minutes, I hope booster didn't get too frustrated with me lol. The quality of service and prompt replies and in-depth answers that I needed were amazing. It's good to have a service relationship that I can count on. The automatic features on booster are also great. Image optimization and the SEO tools booster offers is literally on statistic 99% to optimize SEO rankings. Chatted with Pat from Customer Service and they helped me verify my store in order to get access to the priority servers. Pat not only helped me with that, but offered some suggestions to help my store become more authorative in the customer's view. Great customer service, and a great app!

Good and fast support even if I didn't want to use the App they helped me find a solution to my problem. You have to use the App's chat.

Also, kindly install the app again so that we can troubleshoot the issue. We also have 24/7 chat support, you can find the Chat icon on the lower right corner once you are on the app's Dashboard page. Also, if you are referring to the visual element of your site, please note that our app does not modify anything visible in your site's theme. It adds SEO data to your site's code, but the visual elements of your site are totally untouched by our app. The image compression in our app's Premium plan lowers the file size of your images, but it does not visibly change images. Lastly, please note that uBlock addon is a browser extension, our app doesn't add or have anything to do with browser extensions. Looking forward to your response to the email we sent you.
