I reviewed our previous support interaction and saw that you reached out two months ago regarding canceling your plan, but the chat ended before our team was able to provide full guidance. Due to Shopify’s security policies, app developers and support teams are unable to cancel, subscribe, or switch plans on a merchant’s behalf. To stop charges, merchants must switch to the Free plan within the app or uninstall the app entirely. Also, all billing charges are handled directly and automatically through Shopify’s billing system, not by Booster SEO directly. That said, we absolutely want to make this right for you.
