I haven't had a chance to experience full use of the app because today I was just verifying my store is valid but the customer service experience I received was the best I have had in a long time. Amazing customer service! Trish was one of the most pleasant people I've dealt with in a long time. What I'm using the app for is just perfect as well, I've had no issues so far, the support interaction was for store verification only.
