very friendly support team.. ok personally I don't like the idea of why I have to write 100 words minimum as this is pretty silly because sometimes few words are enough to be honest

This app has increased our SEO beyond anything we would have been able to do ourselves. Definitely worth the money. Support is responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend this app especially if you are limited in SEO experience. ;) And support agent AA has some killer GIFs making the chat box a fun experience too.
