After uninstalling the app I am still being charged for it. Please assist urgently.

Just to clarify, all billing is handled directly by Shopify, not by our app. If the app was still active when a new billing cycle began, Shopify may have automatically included it in your invoice, even if it was uninstalled shortly after. That said, we’ve already sent you an email so we can sort this out directly, we’re more than happy to process a refund right away once we receive a quick confirmation or a screenshot of the charge.
