The customer service was good, friendly and encouraging and also the free plan is a big plus. But being that this is an SEO app I was disappointed that a monthly estimate of expected monthly search traffic was not available as one would think an SEO company would have access to those metrics.

Have just started using the app, but so far is really easy to use, straight forward in features and pricing, and has excellent support. Only reason for 4 stars is the price-point. It's a little pricey for me at the moment.
