This is so simple and thought out compared to a lot of other SEO Optimizers out their. I'll be the first to admit I know a minimal amount about SEO and this app changed that 100%

Has great support from signing in and the menus seem to be very easy to navigate for this complex part of software development.

So far using free version, so can't tell much about the app's performance. But the support and particularly Mary is very helpful and quick to respond.
Mary was very quick and helpful in verifying both of our stores in one chat discussion. Chat was easy to use with link from email right after we installed the app.
I'm still getting to know the app and about SEO. Pat is awesome and very helpful. It seems like it will help me understand it more and do a lot of the optimization for me.

My customer service rep Trish was friendly and extremely helpful. She was able to guide me through a quick and easy set up and was happy to address all of my questions and concerns.

I use this app to save time on SEO stuff that is difficult to adjust through the regular Shopify back end. I have had great success with it and it has saved me tons of time and hassle, allowing me to easily set/adjust things. I have used this app on multiple sites and have nothing bad to say EXCEPT that sometimes it doesn't save changes and I have to redo things, hence the 4 stars instead of 5.
Works quite well for the basics and nice automation, but on a PRO account, which for small business is quite pricey to get

works really well, just wish there was a few more things for free that we could test out before starting the month to month basis. everyone is very helpful though

The helpdesk responds very fast and are very helpfull fixing some issues. Will be even better when a bit more features are available with a free plan.
