I installed the Booster SEO app on my Shopify store, but my experience with their support has been frustrating. I've been trying to get help through their 24/7 support for several days now, but the issue remains unresolved. A Tier 2 agent even requested access to my store but never logged in to address the problem. Booster SEO provided me with a ticket number, assured me that my issue is a top priority, yet here I am still waiting with no resolution in sight. As a Shopify user, I rely on apps like Booster SEO to function efficiently, but this lack of support is incredibly disappointing.
