Dangerous. The variants on my site stopped working and the support says wait 24hrs for the problem to be escalated. Avoid the Autopilot. When something is too good to be true, it usually is!
Hi Charlie, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you encountered. We take these matters seriously, and I regret that we weren’t able to investigate and resolve your issue in time. Our standard process involves a 24-hour turnaround to request collaborator access, review your theme files, check the app's integration, and identify any conflicts. However, as the app was uninstalled the same day the issue was raised, we couldn’t proceed with our investigation. To address this, we’ve sent you an email with a detailed resolution and a goodwill offer to regain your trust. Please don’t hesitate to reply if you have further questions or concerns—we’d love the opportunity to assist you again. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to improve your experience moving forward. Best regards, Pat Booster SEO Support Team
