customer service from pat was great. i went into a conversation with her about completely unrelated topics and she still answered them. 4 stars because it pressures you to upgrade to a paid option

It is sort of spammy looking, but the help is otherwise on point. There's a lot of features for free. Trish was great.

Has great support from signing in and the menus seem to be very easy to navigate for this complex part of software development.

I have yet to use all the features provided in this app. However verifying my store and alt text image optimization was a breeze. Customer support is also great with a prompt response.

I haven't had an experience with this app yet. I just signed up. So far the customer service was excellent and I hope the app performs as well as the customer service.
