The customer service I recieved while verifying my site was 5 stars. I gave it a 4 do to being on the free version and not being able to try out all they have to offer. When I can upgrade and find that the rest is just as good I will give them 5 stars.

I've just started using this app, don't know how well it works yet, but customer service is available anytime you need to ask a questions, using the chat tool.

I use this app to help with SEO setup on my Shopify store. The free version is limited, and the paid versions are reasonable. I would recommend.

I use this app to save time on SEO stuff that is difficult to adjust through the regular Shopify back end. I have had great success with it and it has saved me tons of time and hassle, allowing me to easily set/adjust things. I have used this app on multiple sites and have nothing bad to say EXCEPT that sometimes it doesn't save changes and I have to redo things, hence the 4 stars instead of 5.
