I would not recommend. Really poor support (none). Although one of my questions was answered, the lack of support was dreadful. No answers for hours (at all) and the function does not work to book a 121 session. Total silence when I had quite simple queries. Have gone with a different app that can support me.

The App is very useful and affordable for a small business. However, its very hard to understand how set it up and edit to make changes. Ron was very helpful and sent me videos so I could make the changes I needed, but it was a bit overwhelming. I really wish they would help us with some of the changes and edits instead of making it so DIY.

careful! there is no trial version and there is no refund by them if their app is faulty! you pay for an app, which doesnt work. very frustrating!

This apps helps me to satisfy customers need of personalizing their gifts. I have a gift box builder in place where customers step by step combine their own boxes with balloons, candy, stuffed animals. Easy for the customer and easy for me to see what I should put in the box on the order. A little time consuming to set up but once everything is in place it works like a charm and is worth every penny in saved time.

They have been very helpful in trying to get the newest Bundler Builder app to be as effective as it can especially before for the holidays. They let us know if our requests are something that they can help improve on their app or if they are limited by Shopify parameters.

I typically don’t leave negative reviews, as I recognize the impact they can have on small businesses. However, I believe it's important to share my experience. I reached out several times for assistance with technical issues that have hindered my ability to use the app for over five months. The only resolution offered was a $30 credit, which covers just one month. I hope that by sharing this, other small businesses can be aware of potential challenges and avoid the loss of time and resources that I encountered.
Thank you for taking the time to post this review. We see these as an opportunity to learn and grow. It is worth noting that the technical issues you mentioned were not caused by BundleBuilder. We took time to demonstrate this clearly during our many interactions with you, and you confirmed that you understood. In fact, we went out of our way to help, including offering free development services to help you find a workaround for these issues that were not related to our app. We also credited you $30 because we empathized with your plight, not because you were owed compensation, and we took care to explain that clearly as well, which you acknowledged. To be honest, I am very disappointed to see this review, because we tried our best to be transparent and set clear expectations throughout our engagement with you, and I don't believe we've received the same in return. We've tried all of the bundle apps from the store and this is hands down the best value. It's probably has 90% functionality of all other apps with a reasonable pricing structure where you are not locked in paying for the revenue the app assisted to generate. It also has a ways to customize the experience which other apps mostly missing. Highly recommend.

After the new release, the app is not supporting to any 3rd party payment gateways. Also support is very bad and not helpful.
Hi, thanks for your review. We are now using the Shopify Bundles API, which only works with Shopify Payment processing. We will ensure to communicate that to our merchants in the future. We are here if there is anything we can do outside of this to help you!
