We installed the app in June to test it out and a month later we signed up for a yearly subscription because the app is simply the best on the market: a large selection of products that are in high demand, a smooth process from ordering products to delivery and of course an amazing support system that is always ready to help no matter what the problem is. Working with BrandsGateway has been a great experience. Michael, the owner, is incredibly supportive and always willing to help you grow your online business. However, it's important to remember that success isn't guaranteed. You will have to put in effort with creating a good converting website, social media, product images, descriptions, SEO, and more to make sales. One of the best parts about BrandsGateway is that it lets you enter the retail market without a huge upfront investment in inventory. It's an excellent option for starting or expanding a retail business with minimal risk.

The Brandsgateway app is very easy to install and it continuously updates product details so the Shopify store is kept fully up to date with changes on products being offered, as well as maintaining real time inventory level updates from the warehouse locations. Integration with Shopify works very well, but if you have a large inventory it is advisable to look for a bulk editing app which can manage large numbers of products, as this is not included either in the BG app, or Shopify. Response times by the BG support team are usually within a couple of hours, via email or Whatsapp, and they are very happy to go on online Zoom type meetings if this is needed.

We had a disappointing experience with BrandsGateway's dropshipping service and are compelled to share concerns: -Brand Authorization: We received communication from a legal team representing a major brand questioning the inclusion of their products that we listed from BrandsGateway. This raises serious questions about the legitimacy of their operation. -Return Costs: We discovered discrepancies in the charges for returned items. The sum total was calculated to be thousands of dollars of overcharging. When we presented evidence of overcharging across multiple returns, the company's response was unsatisfactory. -Inventory Issues: The available inventory often lacked popular sizes and seemed to consist mainly of less desirable items. With many sellers offering the same products, achieving profitability is extremely challenging. -Marketing Practices: A BrandsGateway representative informed us that a large majority (90%) of their dropshippers are not successful. This information contrasts sharply with their marketing materials.  Based on our experience, we have concerns about the accuracy of the success stories promoted by the company. There are already a lot of embellished and exaggerated marketing practices in the dropshipping industry, and we believe BrandsGateway is no exception. We strongly advise potential users to thoroughly research and consider alternative suppliers before engaging with this service. Additionally, I recommend verifying the legality of selling specific brands through any dropshipping service to avoid potential legal issues. Our experience with BrandsGateway and its management was deeply unsatisfactory, and we cannot recommend their services based on our interactions and the issues we encountered.

Extreamly OVERPRICED FEES AND ITEMS. Just do a simple google search of any product title they have, you will find many retail websites selling the same products for lower or equal to the the price they give it to you to resale. And you don't even have to pay any expensive monthly fees they charge. How can we possible compete with all those retail website and make money? This company is a sham. Very disappointed. The worse waste of money I ever made. Never again, lesson learned.

I dont recommend the beginners choose this to do. First, their price per is too high 295$ per month is crazy. Secondly, I did some research about the price, the price of their products now is approximately equal to market, you can not make much profit with that price even you can get lost with their package. Third, they are full of products that are difficult to sell, outdated products. If they give 1$ trial month, I will consider

A very simple and user-friendly interface. In case of questions or issues, the support is highly recommended and quick to respond. Additionally, Brandsgateway provides marketing materials/guides that enable a very fast start in e-commerce.

Extremely overpriced, I had the app at the beginning of November 2023 and had to pay 280 euros per month. As a beginner, it is very difficult to generate sales in the first few months. You need at least 3-4 months to gain experience and get into the Google rankings. I would understand if they made it cheaper to start with and then increased the price after a few months. but certainly not from the start. So this is one of the most expensive providers there is. Brandsgateway is all about the money, I understand that. but I can't understand it because most dropshippers who register here pay a fee of 280 euros and then delete the app because it's too expensive and haven't made any profits. Only Brandsgateway benefits here. There isn't even a test version

I do not recommend it. Of the 18,000+ products, many are outdated or 1 variant, which means they have 1 size (and I am not referring to handbags and accessories). This means countless hours trying to customize your store. Of the items that you choose to display, the Titles and descriptions are bad, which means manually updating. It will take months if not at least 1 year to customize or will require additional costs and resources. They also duplicate inventory under bad Titles. The Lemon.Dev template was a dinosaur. No Search and Discovery functionality and little to no support. Zero professionalism when trying to address these issues. You're better off installing a FREE THEME, where you'll at least get Shopify support. They don't support zip file theme installations. DO NOT spend $2k on web development! And spend the $2k subscription fee to grow your business at your own risk. It will require infinite time, whereas other drop shippers already have this process down. And I've scheduled Google Meet calls to address concerns where they won't even show up to the call. Meanwhile, we're talking about 6am EST - only for them to not show up to calls. SMH. I'm very suspect of the positive reviews and would do some deep research.

Great application if you want to reseller branded fashion items. Their selection of brands and categories are massive. Good profit margins compared to other shopify apps suppliers. Fast delivery and great customer service. The app was very easy to install and get the products imported. When I had any questions they were fast to help out. Looking forward to having a successful holiday season with them. Keep up the great work.

They have great variety of different products, with limited quantities, which is a normal thing for an outlet. I have been dropshipping with BrandsGateway for over 7 months now. I love the support, the products though some might be out of stock at times but above all, meeting up with their SLA making sure my customers get their items in time makes me feel so good. I will like to request more premium videos and photos.

What's even better is that they now offer their service on a Shopify App platform, making it even more convenient for their users. Over the years, I’ve noticed Brandsgateway's commitment to continuously evolving and improving its services based on its users' needs. I have witnessed their impressive expansion of famous fashion brands and an increase in their product offerings - from 5,000 products four years ago to 12,000 products today. While the quantity of their product range might seem overwhelming, I appreciate the option to select the designer collections I want to focus on. The product variants are often limited in sizes and colors, as well as limited inventory, but I view that to be similar to an outlet store. By acknowledging this, I am able to position my store accordingly in the marketplace. Brandsgateway's customer service is exceptional. The representatives are human, genuine, helpful, and responsive, which is essential for me. Whenever I encountered an issue or need guidance, they have always been available and willing to assist me.
