I’ve been using BrandsGateway-Fashion Dropship for a few months now to integrate their products into my Shopify store. The app itself runs smoothly and does what it promises. There has definitely been a learning curve, and I’m still figuring things out, but the support team has been quick to respond and genuinely helpful along the way. I also appreciate that our feedback and ideas are listened to and taken seriously. Overall, I’m glad to have found BrandsGateway and look forward to growing our shop with them as a partner.

The support desk is SUPER!! and coming from me that's a whole lot. I hate giving compliments. sorry not sorry. I (per usual) did something wrong, I downlaoded the app on a different store on Shopify, contacted the support desk, within 24 hours my problem was solved. Nice girl named Anastasija helped me (patiently I may add) to get in transferred to the right store!! Y'all can say what ever you want, but Im sticking with this app. Let's make it good and ofcourde MONEY!!

I have been working with BG since March this year and all my experience is just so positive - they are helpful and truly interested in my business doing well. I have used the web developers they recommended and it has been wonderful - launching this week and I just know I have found the right suppliers with Brands Gateway - they are great! Systems are easy to use, and the range of products is impressive.

Since switching to the BrandsGateway Shopify App, everything has been seamless. With this combination of two high-quality systems, I have managed to implement everything myself. The BrandsGateway App works flawlessly and there is a good video tutorial for every detail. I am looking forward to the launch of the new App, as it offers even more fine-grained options. BrandGateway customer support deserves praise. I have received a quick, expert and friendly answer to all my questions. They also offer flexible options regarding shipping, returns and payments. BrandGateway is overall very dynamic and rapidly developing. The huge product range offers almost unlimited possibilities, but of course it also requires hard work from the partners. I appreciate good product descriptions, but a standard list of basic product features would be helpful.

Large quantity of premium and luxury stock, constantly adding more brands and products from different warehouses and offering fast enough shipping for their products. Of course they have some issues, because of the many different warehouses they are working with, but which company doesn't have? We installed the app in June to test it out and a month later we signed up for a yearly subscription because the app is simply the best on the market: a large selection of products that are in high demand, a smooth process from ordering products to delivery and of course an amazing support system that is always ready to help no matter what the problem is. We definitely recommend the app.

The Brandsgateway app is very easy to install and it continuously updates product details so the Shopify store is kept fully up to date with changes on products being offered, as well as maintaining real time inventory level updates from the warehouse locations. Integration with Shopify works very well, but if you have a large inventory it is advisable to look for a bulk editing app which can manage large numbers of products, as this is not included either in the BG app, or Shopify. Response times by the BG support team are usually within a couple of hours, via email or Whatsapp, and they are very happy to go on online Zoom type meetings if this is needed.

I do not recommend it. Of the 18,000+ products, many are outdated or 1 variant, which means they have 1 size (and I am not referring to handbags and accessories). This means countless hours trying to customize your store. Of the items that you choose to display, the Titles and descriptions are bad, which means manually updating. It will take months if not at least 1 year to customize or will require additional costs and resources. They also duplicate inventory under bad Titles. The Lemon.Dev template was a dinosaur. No Search and Discovery functionality and little to no support. Zero professionalism when trying to address these issues. You're better off installing a FREE THEME, where you'll at least get Shopify support. They don't support zip file theme installations. DO NOT spend $2k on web development! And spend the $2k subscription fee to grow your business at your own risk. It will require infinite time, whereas other drop shippers already have this process down. And I've scheduled Google Meet calls to address concerns where they won't even show up to the call. Meanwhile, we're talking about 6am EST - only for them to not show up to calls. SMH. I'm very suspect of the positive reviews and would do some deep research.
