I’ve been using BrandsGateway-Fashion Dropship for about a month to integrate products into my Shopify store. The app works smoothly and, even though there’s a bit of a learning curve, the support team is fast and very helpful. I also feel like feedback is taken seriously, which I really appreciate. The support desk is SUPER!! and coming from me that's a whole lot. I hate giving compliments. sorry not sorry. I (per usual) did something wrong, I downlaoded the app on a different store on Shopify, contacted the support desk, within 24 hours my problem was solved. Nice girl named Anastasija helped me (patiently I may add) to get in transferred to the right store!! Y'all can say what ever you want, but Im sticking with this app. Let's make it good and ofcourde MONEY!!

I have been working with BG since March this year and all my experience is just so positive - they are helpful and truly interested in my business doing well. I have used the web developers they recommended and it has been wonderful - launching this week and I just know I have found the right suppliers with Brands Gateway - they are great! Since switching to the BrandsGateway Shopify App, everything has been seamless. With this combination of two high-quality systems, I have managed to implement everything myself. The BrandsGateway App works flawlessly and there is a good video tutorial for every detail. I am looking forward to the launch of the new App, as it offers even more fine-grained options. BrandGateway customer support deserves praise. I have received a quick, expert and friendly answer to all my questions. They also offer flexible options regarding shipping, returns and payments. BrandGateway is overall very dynamic and rapidly developing. The huge product range offers almost unlimited possibilities, but of course it also requires hard work from the partners. I appreciate good product descriptions, but a standard list of basic product features would be helpful.

The perfect partner for developing and growing your online store! Large quantity of premium and luxury stock, constantly adding more brands and products from different warehouses and offering fast enough shipping for their products. Of course they have some issues, because of the many different warehouses they are working with, but which company doesn't have? The important thing is that they are always developing and searching for solution, hearing their partners advices and working to make things happen. I would not recommend! Their app never properly worked. 1. The image synchronization never worked properly. I had to go through my shop every day and look for images not in sync. Talking to their support every day to fix images. In other cases, partial images were in sync. 2. Extremely bad data quality. Extremely bad. They do not have a standardised way to provide product description. I had to write my own NLP to standardise the descriptions. In many situations they were not providing a descrption. 3. A derivative problem to (2). Due to the extremely bad quality of their data you may get blocked from Meta and Google. Investing significant amount of time in fixing them, otherwise you will end up blocked or their algorithms won't work properly. 4. They add thousands of products one day and after a week they disappear. Either they sold them in bulk or have no clue what they are doing. You end up investing time and money in Marketing for some NEW products and then they disappear. 5. Non competitive pricing. Their pricing is not competitive at all. Do you own competitive analysis before purchasing any subscription. 6. No transparent shipping fee. 7. No transparent operating model. They are more like dropshipping aggregator rather than a dropshipping service. 8. All of their products are listed on ebay on extremely low price. If you put together all the fees you cannot compete with the prices on ebay unless you start selling on loss. Which is not an option. I could keep on writing, but I believe I cover the most important points. Do your own due diligence before purchasing a subscription.
