The support desk is SUPER!! and coming from me that's a whole lot. I hate giving compliments. sorry not sorry. I (per usual) did something wrong, I downlaoded the app on a different store on Shopify, contacted the support desk, within 24 hours my problem was solved. Nice girl named Anastasija helped me (patiently I may add) to get in transferred to the right store!! Y'all can say what ever you want, but Im sticking with this app. Let's make it good and ofcourde MONEY!!

BrandGateway is overall very dynamic and rapidly developing. The huge product range offers almost unlimited possibilities, but of course it also requires hard work from the partners. I appreciate good product descriptions, but a standard list of basic product features would be helpful.

We installed the app in June to test it out and a month later we signed up for a yearly subscription because the app is simply the best on the market: a large selection of products that are in high demand, a smooth process from ordering products to delivery and of course an amazing support system that is always ready to help no matter what the problem is. We definitely recommend the app.

So far so good. sat down with Michael and Monika and they were so helpful. Everything feels like luxury down to the customer support. Makes me happy to be partners with a company that aligns with my business ethics.

I do not recommend it. Of the 18,000+ products, many are outdated or 1 variant, which means they have 1 size (and I am not referring to handbags and accessories). This means countless hours trying to customize your store. Of the items that you choose to display, the Titles and descriptions are bad, which means manually updating. It will take months if not at least 1 year to customize or will require additional costs and resources. They also duplicate inventory under bad Titles. The Lemon.Dev template was a dinosaur. No Search and Discovery functionality and little to no support. Zero professionalism when trying to address these issues. You're better off installing a FREE THEME, where you'll at least get Shopify support. They don't support zip file theme installations. DO NOT spend $2k on web development! And spend the $2k subscription fee to grow your business at your own risk. It will require infinite time, whereas other drop shippers already have this process down. And I've scheduled Google Meet calls to address concerns where they won't even show up to the call. Meanwhile, we're talking about 6am EST - only for them to not show up to calls. SMH. I'm very suspect of the positive reviews and would do some deep research.

Over the years, I’ve noticed Brandsgateway's commitment to continuously evolving and improving its services based on its users' needs. I have witnessed their impressive expansion of famous fashion brands and an increase in their product offerings - from 5,000 products four years ago to 12,000 products today. While the quantity of their product range might seem overwhelming, I appreciate the option to select the designer collections I want to focus on. The product variants are often limited in sizes and colors, as well as limited inventory, but I view that to be similar to an outlet store. By acknowledging this, I am able to position my store accordingly in the marketplace. Brandsgateway's customer service is exceptional. The representatives are human, genuine, helpful, and responsive, which is essential for me. Whenever I encountered an issue or need guidance, they have always been available and willing to assist me.

It was not what I expected. You cannot choose individual products to load. You have to import an entire category to then realize that the products may not be what you want, or there is not enough of the items. Then to top it off the cost of the product plus shipping charges may be a bit too much compared to other retailers in your area. Really review the page and DONT sign up for a yearly subscription unless you are absolutely sure because they will NOT refund the money on subscriptions. Make sure it is what you want and need.

Brands Gateway are an excellent dropship provider of luxury fashion items. This app works perfectly to continually update your inventory. There are plenty of options within the app to personalise and monitor the items to suit your store. Their warehouses are located in Europe and the US which is great if your target market is in Europe as shipping times are reasonably short. I've been using Brands Gateway for over 2 years and I experience great support when needed from their support team.
