As a satisfied customer of Brandsgateway for almost four years, I am happy to share my positive experience with their drop-shipping service. What's even better is that they now offer their service on a Shopify App platform, making it even more convenient for their users. Over the years, I’ve noticed Brandsgateway's commitment to continuously evolving and improving its services based on its users' needs. I have witnessed their impressive expansion of famous fashion brands and an increase in their product offerings - from 5,000 products four years ago to 12,000 products today. While the quantity of their product range might seem overwhelming, I appreciate the option to select the designer collections I want to focus on. The product variants are often limited in sizes and colors, as well as limited inventory, but I view that to be similar to an outlet store. By acknowledging this, I am able to position my store accordingly in the marketplace. Brandsgateway's customer service is exceptional. The representatives are human, genuine, helpful, and responsive, which is essential for me. Whenever I encountered an issue or need guidance, they have always been available and willing to assist me.

It was not what I expected. You cannot choose individual products to load. You have to import an entire category to then realize that the products may not be what you want, or there is not enough of the items. Then to top it off the cost of the product plus shipping charges may be a bit too much compared to other retailers in your area. Really review the page and DONT sign up for a yearly subscription unless you are absolutely sure because they will NOT refund the money on subscriptions. Make sure it is what you want and need.

We're sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with our service, however, we’d like to explain a few important points: It’s not necessary to import our entire catalog - our Shopify app allows you to upload specific brands or categories, based on your business goals. In fact, many of our dropshippers choose to focus on particular product categories or brands, therefore, we’re sorry that you somehow got this wrong impression. Our shipping fees are published on our Helpdesk and on the Shipping and Returns page. The pricing is clearly explained - it includes both a base fee and a product category fee - we operate based on this setup, while many other suppliers charge based on dimensional weight, which can often result in significantly higher costs. Our refund policy is also published publicly in our Terms & Conditions, and this is something our dropshippers must agree to and accept during the registration process. We understand that committing to a yearly plan is a big decision, which is why we encourage all potential clients to thoroughly explore our pricing options and book a demo call for guidance before choosing a plan. Brandsgateway offers amazing range of big designer brands, express delivery and fast fulfillment for around the world. We have been with them for numerous years and they continue to add to the hundreds of vendors and offer the best D2C distribution we have seen out of the many available suppliers out there. They continue to improve their services, have a great customer service team and continue to add developments behind the scenes to make the app easy to use and navigate through. We hope to long continue our partnership with Brandsgateway as they have many more improvements incoming.

Brands Gateway are an excellent dropship provider of luxury fashion items. This app works perfectly to continually update your inventory. There are plenty of options within the app to personalise and monitor the items to suit your store. Their warehouses are located in Europe and the US which is great if your target market is in Europe as shipping times are reasonably short. I've been using Brands Gateway for over 2 years and I experience great support when needed from their support team.
