I have been working with this application for almost a year, and I can say that it has become much better, more stable, and faster. The interface is improved. I'm surprised that I can control it through my smartphone because it adaptive. However, there are things that I would like to suggest for improvement: 1. resolve the common issue with Shopify 100 variants limit 2. I noticed the another issue - sometimes when BD changing the structure of the product in their website (for example adding or merge new variant) it don't sync with shopify and the product in Shopify still are in old version, so it needed to be deleted and re-imported again. 3. I would prefer to be able to pay for the app in advance (for me would be convenient to be able to pay annually or half annually) but now it offers only monthly payment.

This app has saved me so many hours of manual labor to input the stock and all the details. Stock is automatically updated with Brandsdistribution and you don’t need to hassle about orders going through when a client purchases. Highly recommend it.

Overall this is one of the better apps that I have used. There are a variety of products in the catalog and the app is easy to you. The shipping is fast. The one thing I don’t like is that some of the hottest items are never in stock.

We have been using Brandsdistribution’s products since the start of our website. It is one of the best, if not the best wholesale fashion b2b supplier out there. It offers a lot of products and it’s easy to synchronize with shopify and just really straight forward in general. Its personal assistance team offers the best advice possible, and it’s always available. They handle shipping professionally, reliably and fast.

I use this app on a daily basis, to manage the import of stock to my store. It is very quick and easy to use. I love the filters, they help you drill right down to individual items or whole the whole catalog. Great app!

Unfortunately we must change the review after some experience. Customer service is terrible! We got NO reply from customer service regarding product guarantees. Our customers wanted to know how long is a guarantee for a really expensive bag and watch, we sent several emails and tried to communicate via chat, but got no reply. Also the company is very unflexible, they don't try to find compromises. Orders are impossible to cancel even if they weren't sent yet, therefore be careful not to make any mistakes!!! They will also not give you back the money (also if the stuff doesn't fit the customer and you get a return). Once you order your money is gone! Too bad! Also. coupons were offered to leave a good review here. The coupon expired shortly and they "aren't able to create new one". Sorry, but as much as you take care of your clients (who provide for your existence) - the truth must be told! ALSO: Shopify put Shopify payments on hold for our case as well. I just read below we are not the only ones. Customer service didn't move a finger!

We use brandsync app on Shopify, and it makes life so much easier - catalogue sync works smooth, no need to folow inventory, its all updated regulary.

4.5* Good App. Easy to use. Easy to import all products. Only thing I would like is the ability to change/add tags after products have been sync. It says I should delete the entire product catalog in order to make any changes. Please fix this.

Good app straight forward to use even for a beginner. Inventory and pricing are accurate. However the service behind provided by the distributor itself is not satisfactory. Customer service is not coming back, also some colleagues have received damaged items.

Nice app, does what it says. Very good timing for uploads and updates. VALUE for MONEY 5 stars APP 2 BAD it's only for BRANDS DISTRIBUTION if in the future they will add other catalogs...
