Very buggy app. Was told by sales team that we could add new items on shopify then have them import into brightpearl. Now being told that this can cause duplicate items to be created and is not recommended.

Brightpearl has been a great addition to our company and have delivered everything they had promised, I just wanted to take a moment to recognize and sincerely thank Alex for the outstanding technical training they delivered. The sessions where not only easy to follow, but also packed with valuable insights that were directly applicable to our work. Alex has a fantastic way of breaking down complex topics into understandable, practical steps. Their enthusiasm and deep knowledge kept everyone engaged, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into tailoring the training to our company’s needs. This training has already made a noticeable impact—it’s helped us streamline our processes and boosted our team’s confidence in handling technical tasks. We had very complex set of requirements from a new epos/rms/wms and Brightpearl ticked the boxes where others fell short. Sales/Tech support/onboarding teams were very thorough in ensuring we could achieve everything we needed before we committed to an agreement. They came good on their promises, obviously there are always some teething issues with such a big change, however, their technical support has been 1st class. The system has revolutionised how we manage our stock, hugely streamlining how we pick, pack and ship orders.

We have been using Brightpearl for 2 years now. It has become an integral tool to the business allowing us to develop and adapt new processes while also streamlining previously complex workflows. Using Brightpearl has allowed us to implement new products, warehouses and features seamlessly, through automations and simplified processes. It has allowed us to increase efficiencies across multiple areas of the business all without compromising reporting. Things that previously would have taken days of development and multiple apps are now achieved quickly utilising Brightpearl and Shopify.

Brightpearl has been an asset for managing the growth and development of our business for a number years now. We have various complex workstreams, multiple locations, sales channels and product types that brightpearl manages with ease and simplicity. The reporting capabilities are excellent and are a real asset to platform too. Lastly, their customer service and dev teams are always quick to respond and provide solutions when it comes to any issues or new projects.

We've been with Brightpearl since 2014. It handles inventory so well that often you forget how much it does behind the scenes. For me, the best thing is that all information is in one place which is great if you're trying to manage a business remotely. I have 2 gripes. Please could you sort reporting dates so they start at the current year instead of defaulting to the year 2000. It's so tedious if you're producing multiple reports. The second thing I would like to see is to be able to select weekly reports based on week numbers. I would think this especially useful in retail. These are only minor irritations and it does everything very well indeed. If you need any help, the support team are very helpful.

We have been using Brightpearl for over 5 years now and it has been an integral tool in our ability to grow and develop the business. Using the automation we have been able to automate and streamline many heavily manual taks, streamlining and refining daily workflows. We have a complex inventory that also incorporates own manufacture that Brightpearl helps us manage without breaking a sweat. The support team are always there to help when needed, and account managers are active in helping develop our relationship with Brightpearl enabling us to succeed.

We have been using Brightpearl for just over a year and it's been a huge help reducing some extremely manual workflows, especially around pre-orders, using its automation rules alongside some apps provided by one of their developers. We have a complex inventory pattern which Brightpearl manages without difficulty. A lot of other companies could learn from the second-to-none post-launch support which is quick, helpful and responsive.

We have been working with Brightpearl since 2023 when we launched our UK website selling high-end furniture, lighting and home decor. The partnership has been excellent and the software is a key enabler for the growth of our business. It is not the perfect solution, but I have never seen a SAS system that works exactly as you would want it to across all facets of a business. However, we are a complex business with multiple inventory locations, multiple markets, multiple customer types etc, and the Brightpearl team have been amazing at helping us to adapt their solution to our needs. It has been one of the most collaborative tech partnerships that I have enjoyed in my career, I would highly recommend them.

We signed on with Brightpearl over 3 years ago before they were acquired by Sage. We've been overall very happy with Brightpearl. We have multiple brands, two warehouse locations, and various sales channels where we sell our products, which results in complex order workflows at times. Brightpearl's automation rules have been a huge help to us in letting us configure how orders flow through the system. Brightpearl has allowed us to better manage our inventory and centralize reporting for all of our sales channels. I do think there could be some improvement made to the integration with Shopify but it's not a deal breaker for us. For example, your products have to be built separately in each system instead of having the ability to build a product in one system and have it transfer over to the other. There also isn't a good workflow for making order edits in Shopify and having that transfer over to Brightpearl. The product improvements seem to have slowed down since Sage's acquisition but we are hopeful to see more improvements coming soon!

We have been working with Brightpearl since 2022 for our backend systems and accounting integration . The integration with Shopify works very well and allows us to seamlessly track our orders as well as managing stock for multiple sites.

We have been working with Brightpearl for a number of years now for our backend systems. When we migrated our company website to Shopify in 2021 we used this integration created by the Brightpearl team and I'm please to say: it just works. We have never had any problem with the app and all our orders and refunds flow between the two systems seamlessly.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with BrightPearl . Their advertising and product descriptions grossly undersell the complexity of making their product work. What was supposed to be a simple and straightforward process turned into an absolute nightmare. Sean (US REP) promised one thing when really you have to use two different systems. First off, their marketing made it seem like using their product would be a breeze. However, once I received it and tried to set it up, I realized that it required a degree in rocket science just to get it functioning properly. The instructions provided were vague at best, and they want you to use and update two different systems. Not only did we waste money on a product that doesn't live up to its promises, but I also wasted countless hours trying to figure it out. The frustration and stress caused by dealing with Brightpearl have left me feeling completely dissatisfied and ripped off. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs. They clearly prioritize sales over customer satisfaction and have no qualms about deceiving consumers with false advertising. Trust me, you're better off spending your money elsewhere. All the 5 stars reviews are from the UK or Europe not the United States STAY AWAY!

An integral part of getting started with our product is participating in our Professional Services (PS) team's implementation process and the recorded trainings that are saved through the process. These resources paired with support from our Customer Service team and our robust knowledge base are designed to help customers be successful with our system. After reviewing internal communications between your team and our PS team, it was discovered that your team did not complete the implementation process due to downsizing staff size. We began our Brightpearl journey just 5 months ago and after an intense 2 months prep, went live 3 months ago. The team we worked with to get us ready for golive (led by Bianca), was a dream team! We couldn't imagine doing a project of this scale without the BP expertise and experience. Bianca gave that extra mile and took the time to really understand our business and the best way to implement BP to ensure we got the most out of it. Since going live, our team have taken all aspects of BP on board and our operations, customer service and warehouse are all seeing benefits beyond what we had hoped for in ease of use, order turn around, time saving, customer experience and accuracy. Our next phase is Demand Planner and the extended Warehouse Management System which we are all looking forward to introducing into our warehouse environment!

As our company grew we needed a better system for inventory management and sales orders processing across multiple channels. Brightpearl was the perfect solution for us. Now we're able to easily track everything live in our warehouse and efficiently handle orders, POs, and returns all through one system. Without Brightpearl our company wouldn't have been able to expand to multiple warehouses across different states. Additionally, the Brightpearl implementation team was extremely helpful in getting us up and running with lots of training and fine tuning of the data to fit our needs. I'd definitely recommend Brightpearl to any company looking to expand and have a higher level of organization for their team.

We have used Brightpearl for over 10 years and we have found it a very intuitive and helpful app. It is particularly suitable for merchants who are focused on buying finished goods and selling them across multiple channels, brands and locations. We like the fact all elements are within one system and that the entire team can easily and quickly access brightpearl in the cloud and run reports.
