We have used Brightpearl for over 10 years and we have found it a very intuitive and helpful app. It is particularly suitable for merchants who are focused on buying finished goods and selling them across multiple channels, brands and locations. We like the fact all elements are within one system and that the entire team can easily and quickly access brightpearl in the cloud and run reports.

We have been using BrightPearl for three years now. The integration with Shopify has proven seamless and we have never had to contact their support about any issues. The BP sales order and product management life cycle has been a real bonus to our company.

I'm so glad we integrated Shopify with Brightpearl. Its the best thing we've done. Previously we used Magento and had numerous issues. However since using Shopify, orders are seamlessly downloaded and the whole work process is simplified. This saves us so much time and money! Shopify is a must have for Brightpearl users!

Seamlessly connected Brightpearl and Shopify. The app connected all 8 of our stores without a hitch. In 3 years, we've never had the connection issues. Very easy and reliable.

I am already a Brightpearl user and this links seamlessly with Shopify. It is not a cheap solution and their pricing has increased a lot in recent years but it is a very good all in one solution which automates many tasks

We have been a Brightpearl customer for ten years and a Shopify customer for five years. The app integrates the two systems perfectly. Our ecommerce orders from our seven Shopify stores are generated in Brightpearl quickly and accurately. We have never experienced an issue with this integration.

We have multiple Shopify stores connected to Brightpearl using their app. Easy to set up and make changes. Brightpearl keep their app up to date. They also have very helpful support staff who are able to check audit logs on a granular level.

I use multiple Shopify accounts integrated with Brightpearl and really appreciate how easy the work flow is for all the orders being placed, shipped and invoiced. With the right automations in place it is completely seamless.

I like that I can see all the order information easily and that any issues that arise are looked into and taken seriously. It's hard to download large amounts of data in one go (reporting) and BrightPearl sometimes crashes when doing so.

We have been using Brightpearl for 6 years now and the difference it has made to the efficiency of our stock control cannot be overemphasized. Not sure how we managed before. Highly recommended.

This app worked as it should from the moment we had installed it. Settings are easy and mapping data, too. When I compare it to our difficulties we ha with ERP systems and online shops, this was a nice surprise. Since using the app, we never had problems with stock not syncing or orders not updating correctly. BTW, the app also works well in connection with ShopifyPOS. There could be some more flexibility with mapping product data, prices, and support for other POS solutions. But I hope this is something that will be implemented in the future.

The app works well at integrating shopify with brightpearl. In future though they need to integrate live changes on shopify orders to reflect in brightpearl, although I believe this is coming in a future update.

Promised x and got y. They could not fulfil their promises. It has been 6 months since implementation and I still have hundreds of orders stuck. I'm double shipping to hundreds of people since Brightpearl has decided to split orders. Support is lacking. Using their preferred partners has just meant that no one has taken responsibility. BUYER BEWARE!!!! We are pulling out as soon as we can.

A must have for Shopify Stores who also use BrightPearl. Orders automatically flow seamlessly into BrightPearl when placed on Shopify (including POS & Draft orders). Once an order is dispatched or part dispatched in BrightPearl, this also syncs back to Shopify to send customer notifications, meaning order processing can be managed outside of Shopify without duplicating work. Stock levels also sync almost instantly from BrightPearl, across all our inventory locations to Shopify, helping keeping stock figures correct and avoiding overselling. We also have pricing sync on an overnight schedule, which is a useful backup to keep pricing correct - although it is worth noting as this does not include Compare At pricing or Cost prices, there is still an element of manual work to keep pricing correct across both systems. It also requires an additional price field to be maintained in BrightPearl due to VAT handling across both systems. The app is simple to use and the team at BrightPearl were also very helpful with getting everything set up and running.

Been using Brightpearl for a few years now, love the speed at which customer support helps. We finally have a process for everything inventory-related in our business from purchasing, through to pick/pack/dispatch/invoice and everything in between. Thank you, Jamie and the Team!
