Very powerful tool. Used it to fix all the images in our store. We'll keel using the free plan to edit the newly added products using the cron job, and move to a paid plan from time to time for bigger collections.

App seems to work very well, will updated review if something happens but you can very well filter pictures you want to edit and the "square" option is a must for any shop that has non-square pictures on their store!

Love being able to easily edit the alt text for all my images, and then schedule it to be done for new products so I don't have to come back and re-do it manually in future. Saves me so much time!

So far so good - does what it says - reduces image size!! I haven't yet tried the other features but will do soon. : )

The value of SEO cannot be emphasized enough, and BIE helps with some of the real basics - file names and alt text. Do these things automatically and free with their app, before moving on to more complex tasks, which they can also help you automate. And their support is awesome, even if their product names are a little confusing. :)

We found Bulk Image Edit by Hextom to be a great tool for two things: 1) Converting all images into consistent square shapes for a great and consistent look and 2) Adding Alt-Text. We had over 17,000 sku's to deal with and this app saved us a tremendous amount of time and money. You do have to pay for the higher level of images processed but the monthly cost is very reasonable and you can drop down to the lower price or free versions (limited images per month) anytime you want. Highly recommended
