Easy to use and fast customer service by Sebastijan Only which you could manipulate bundles to count as 1 item in your Kaching tier rewards.

Good bundle app, and responsive support. One of my orders came through with only the main product instead of the full Kit Completo, even though the customer was charged the full bundle price. The support team looked into it, and eventually found the exact cause — a rare fast-click timing issue where the free items hadn't finished loading — explained it clearly, and told me they've flagged a permanent fix. Honest note: the first diagnosis wasn't the right one (they initially pointed to express checkout, which didn't apply to my store). But once I clarified, they dug deeper and found the real cause. So it took a second look to get there. Overall, the bundle itself works well and the support was helpful and patient. Would recommend.

Bij vragen word je snel en goed geholpen. Ik ben geholpen door IEVA die snel reageerde op mijn vragen. Verder een makkelijk te gebruiken app, zeker een aanrader.

Aanvankelijk vond ik het wat omslachtig. zodra je de app snapt kan het veel meerwaarde hebben!

For the moment i'm an happy customer, the app is doing what i want, and the helpdesk answers fast. Txs to Domantas for his help ! The app is just lacking some personalization and designs templates, buttons, etc. to my taste but all the settings are really clear and well thought, written, so i would like to put 4,5stars if i could !
