been my most used app recently, literally perfect for upsells, increasing aov and a lot of other stuff. support is also pretty good, Erikas was very helpful and kind, he helped with a lot of backend stuff!

Domantas from Kaching literally saved my live store when I was in total panic mode, I needed Buy 2 Get 1 Free backend discounts to work seamlessly with my custom Recharge subscription widget without showing their bundle UI at all. He stayed super patient through my nonstop frantic messages, confirmed Recharge compatibility instantly, guided me on enabling subscription sync, iterated fast when it didn’t stick at first, and kept troubleshooting until everything applied flawlessly in the cart with zero visual glitches. Dovydas was the most helpful of all the support agents across the Kaching apps. He has helped me for around 2 hours straight solve my subscription and app issues, as well as transfer the current contracts under my current Kaching subscriptions. I highly recommend him and he is literally the best agent ever.

I was trying to set up buy 1 get 1 / quantity break bundles and the per item price just wouldn’t show the way I wanted. Dominykas jumped in and helped me tweak the bundle so it actually displays the price per bra inside the options, which honestly makes the offer way clearer. And today i wanted to set up buy 1 get 1 Buy X, get Y (BXGY) deal so Erikas did a great job of helping me too! The new features are better! Small thing but it really improves the product page!! Thanks a lot for the help.
