I had a specific issue: I wanted to offer multiple bundles (1, 2, or 4 months) with different variants and prices in a single offer, but the app didn’t seem to support that setup. I reached out to support and Eligijus replied in under 10 minutes, then set up the whole offer for me in less than 2 minutes. Honestly, I’m super impressed with how fast and helpful they were! Extremely satisfied with the customer service and the app, highly recommend it!

This is an amazing app, I don't review many apps because to be honest most of them are simply frustrating and underdeliver. This on the other hand is the opposite. It is very simple to use, and the customer support is amazing. For example, I was just helped by a man named Paulius and I had an issue with my bundle that was fixed within minutes very easily. The last and biggest reason I give Kaching 5 stars is because they added a subscription feature. It is AMAZING. It pairs with their other app, kaching subscriptions, but I'm not exaggerating when I say I've been looking for something like this for a whole year, ever since I started dropshipping. This is the best bundle + subscription solution available to Shopify. Worth every penny.

Bonjour, j'ai eu un bug avec mes bundles mis en place quand j'ai changé le thème de ma boutique, j'avais des offres combi un peu complexes. Ne sachant pas résoudre le problème seul j'ai pris contact avec Deividas qui a été à l'écoute de suite via le chat et qui a résolu tous les bug en quelques minutes! Je suis ravi encore merci à lui! We’ve been using Kaching Bundles for a few weeks now and are really impressed. The app is super easy to set up, works flawlessly with our store, and has already increased our average order value. But what really stood out was the support — Sebastian was incredibly helpful, fast, and genuinely cared about making sure everything worked perfectly for us.

La migliore app per bundle. Ha una personalizzazione pressoché illimitata. A volte può sembrare che manchi qualcosa ma basta contattare l'assistenza e ti risolvono subito con del codice extra. Nel mio caso sono stato aiutato da Adele, che in meno di 30 min mi ha risolto il problema. Raccomando a tutti coloro che vogliono testare nuove offerte per migliorare AOV e CVR.
