We had to migrat our packages from another bundle app and encountered several issues involving publishing, pricing, inventory, product links, and the bundle widget. Lukas (from Kaching customer support) checked our setup and identified that the bundle was working correctly—the actual checkout problem was caused by a Shopify inventory and fulfillment-location setting. He also verified our package links and provided the exact custom CSS needed to make product rows non-clickable without affecting the variant selectors. His guidance was clear, accurate, and easy to implement. He saved us a great deal of time and gave us the confidence to proceed with creating our remaining packages. Excellent support from Lukas and the Kaching Bundles team!

Install was very quick and easy, I had some specific requirements are those were fixed by the support team! (Greta and Tomas and Eligijus). Using their custom css option, I could quickly have my agent come up with full matching styles for the widget. Looks great!
