"I rarely take the time to write reviews, but Dovydas from the support team genuinely deserves it. I reached out with a few issues and some missing features I needed for my store, and instead of just pointing me to a help article, he actually took the time to custom code the functionality for me. That level of dedication is almost unheard of in app support. He was responsive, patient, and went way above and beyond what I expected. The app itself is great, but having support like Dovydas behind it makes it a no-brainer. An absolute legend — thank you!"

Kaching has a lot of great features, as a brand with 20.000+ customers we highly recommend kaching bundles. We needed help with some custom styling and Lukas was very helpful. Ask for Lukas to get 10/10 service if you need any help.

Really impressed with the support from Deividas! I had a tricky use case for my clothing store — Deividas came up with a clever solution that actually solved my problem perfectly. Fast, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Great app overall for increasing AOV!

Easy to build a bundle and allows you to have your product photos in the bundle building, not just a text dropdown (liek Black - XL) - much easier for people to use. Great support from Ieva and Tomas to get my first bundle built.

Ryan helped me promptly and efficiently to resolve an issue that I had trying to pre-select one of the bundle options, and expanding it from the get go, without expanding the rest of them. So far, Kaching bundles is really helping me do what I need for my brand

Sebastijan was amazing he was very supportive professional and helped me for like 1-2 hours I strongly recommend. this app because of people like him and the plateform it self is amazing/professional and converts!! Everything is customizable and he taught me how to use everything 10/10!! The second person who helped me is called Domantas he also did good. But Sebastijan was my hero of the day and went beyond expectations!! I will definitely be staying here long term now!! Sebastijan deserves a raise and I am staying because now I understand the app and now how to use it. And tbh I was going to go to another plateform thank you guys and the team!!
