Kaching Bundles App & Upsells

Very solid app for creating clean, high-converting bundles on Shopify without breaking checkout or tracking. The interface is intuitive, bundles are flexible, and everything works smoothly — which is more than I can say for many similar apps. Huge shout-out to the support team, especially Dovydas, who helped me quickly and effectively resolve an issue that would’ve cost me time (and money). No copy-paste replies — real support from someone who knows the product.

Dovydas helped me out with my issue, although it was a super silly one, he was super professional and quick to help. And of course, we all know this is a good app.

Wow, just reached out for the first time to Kaching Bundles live chat for some support. We were lucky enough to chat with Dominykas. We are on a very steep learning curve coming up to the launch of our first E-Com store tomorrow so feeling overwhelmed at times. Dominykas helped us achieve a moment of calm in the chaos. Super fast response, simple and clear instructions, impressive expertise and great attitude. Fantastic experience. Thanks Heaps Dom!!!

Greta helped me a lot. Really helpful team!

Very easy and good app. Good customer service!

Simona was fantastic, real patient with us, many thanks

Simona helped me out with a stacking discount question. She was super helpful and professional. In regards to the the app, one thing that is frustrating is not being able to turn off the shipping discount to our wholesale clients with another app we use for wholesale orders.

Domantas was genuinely great to work with. Very professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. He delivered exactly what was promised, paid attention to the details, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done properly. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Would 100% recommend and would happily work with him again.
