Adele is an absolute gem! I have a bit of a complicated setup and the bundle wasn't appearing as I'd hoped it would. She spent nearly an hour on a chat with me trying out different setups until I was happy and stayed patient, kind and helpful throughout -- even when I asked her to just put it back to how it was in the beginning (sorry Adele!).
