Messed up a subscription on shopify and lost access to the app, but within 5 minutes of customer service from kaching they were very quick to issue me a refund. Great app too!!

This app is wonderful. I have been using it for a good amount of time now, and it is a game changer. This is a no-brainer, and I recommend it to everybody that uses Shopify. I am not a fan of Shopify apps and extra subscriptions, but this is something that is an investment and makes you money. Not only that, they have an amazing support team, and they have someone named Jacob and Deividas have helped me with all the troubles. This app is easy to use and aesthetically very pleasing. Thank you, Katching Bundles!
