I love this app combined with kaching cart for all of my stores, the layout is clean, lots of customization as reasonably priced plans, and support replies insanely quick!!! Dominykas was able to help my store get back up and running within 15 minutes of reaching out which shocked me in amazement. All of the nice visual features they add every now and again to increase urgency, trust are very nice little treats too!

Domantas is an absolute legend — best support I've ever experienced I've tried a lot of Shopify apps over the years, and the support is usually the weakest part. Not here. Domantas went completely above and beyond every single time I reached out. Fast replies, actually understood what I was trying to do, and didn't stop until everything was working exactly the way I wanted. Not the usual copy-paste answers — real, thoughtful help every time. The app itself is great, but honestly Domantas is the reason I'm leaving this review. He's the kind of support rep that makes you genuinely loyal to a product. Whatever they're paying him, it's not enough. If you're on the fence about Kaching — just install it. And if you get Domantas helping you, consider yourself lucky.

Great app. Great service, Sebastian was very friendly and fixed some things for us.

We had a huge sale go live at midnight and my web team is in another country. The app wasnt showing up and they were all fast asleep. Customer service answered the chat right away, got access to my store, fixed the issue and then some. So so pleased! the app has always worked great for us but the customer service was a major bonus i didnt even anticipate needing.

I've tried multiple popular bundle apps and this is by far the best one. The amount of design options wipes the floor of others, but the biggest win is the customer support. If you get to work with Dovydas, consider yourself the luckiest person in the world. Need help navigating, share ideas with, and even assistance of custom options, he's the man. Quit reading anymore of this review and just download it already.
