Hi, I was charged $14.99 for Kaching Bundles on April 14, 2026, but I did not use the app. I have already uninstalled it from my store. I would like to request a refund for this charge. Great app with excellent customer service, I had a lengthy conversation with Dovydas and he helped me every step of the way even though I was clearly frustrated with the situation. I knew it wasn't his fault; it was something on shopify's end and I greatly appreciate the very clear communication and helpful walk through of how to solve my problem. Very nice guy he made me want to stick with Kaching.

Great App. It realy helps me to do extra Cash. My CrossSell and Bulk Sell is incrased by more than 70%. They have great Customer Service and if you are lucky to speak with Paul, you will get a lot of advices and help. He helped me a lot.

Excellent service by Domantas who helped me solve some very tricky problems. I was stuck trying to implement a complex setup on other subscription/bundle apps for weeks before switching to Kaching and had my requirements handled in no time! Highly recommend

I decided to go with Kaching because it was reasonably priced for starting out AND it had other apps that it integrates easily with - I needed to be able to offer a subscription for a product that has volume discounts. Kaching Bundles has all the customization features I need (plus a lot of extras!) and I liked the layout options. It was easy to set up and works perfectly with GemPages. I reached out to the Support Team via chat a few times and have always received prompt responses and assistance. Over the last couple days, Domantas and Dovydas have helped me out with my questions and both have been friendly and knowledgeable! They answered my questions quickly, plus Domantas helped me figure out an issue I was having - with his guidance, I corrected the issue in less than 5 minutes! I'm really glad I chose Kaching - it's been an all-around great experience so far!
