Five stars for Kaching Bundles and especially Erikas! My slide-out cart drawer wasn't opening as expected when clicked, but Erikas identified the issue right away and fixed it seamlessly. Friendly, professional, and extremely efficient support!

I ran into an issue getting free shipping to work correctly on subscriptions, made more complicated by several another gift I had layered onto the bundle. I spent a while trying to sort it myself before reaching out. Deividas went deep into the issue with me, walked through several options, and stuck with it until we actually solved it, not just patched around it. What stood out most was that he didn't just fix it; he explained how the system works underneath, so I understand it now instead of just having it work.
