Sebastian, was amazingly patient with me, and helped me solve the issue I was having with a offer bundle I created. It was getting many add to carts and checkout initiated, but no purchases. So I knew it had to be the product page and Sebastian didn't give up and now the problem is solved! The customer service response has always been quick and that is appreciated!

Every time I have a request i know I will have the best customer service. I don't know how they do it, but the support team they are all knowledgeable, efficient and super kind! Tonight Eligijus helped me with my bundles and was super patient with me. At the he needed to get the dev team involved and will not stop until I have my request done. Thank you so much Eligijus!! Such a great app, better then any other bundle app. Eligijus is the best agent, make sure to ask for him when you get support, he is the BEST!!
