Sebastian, was amazingly patient with me, and helped me solve the issue I was having with a offer bundle I created. It was getting many add to carts and checkout initiated, but no purchases. So I knew it had to be the product page and Sebastian didn't give up and now the problem is solved! The customer service response has always been quick and that is appreciated!
