Sebastijan from Kaching Bundles was absolutely incredible. I came in with a super confusing issue involving multiple offer options, same product quantity, and different pricing — and he went above and beyond to help me sort it out. He responded fast, understood exactly what I was trying to accomplish, and walked me through the solution step-by-step with patience and clarity. What felt impossible at first became an easy fix thanks to him. Genuinely some of the best support I’ve had from any Shopify app. If you’re using Kaching Bundles, you’re in good hands with Sebastijan. Highly recommend!
