I had an issue with styling my bundle and Juozas helped me fix it incredibly fast. He understood the problem immediately, applied the custom CSS for me, and made everything look exactly how I wanted. Super responsive, intelligent, and professional — honestly one of the best support experiences I’ve had on Shopify apps. Big thanks to Juozas for the quick and effective help!!

I’d like to commend Juozas for the exceptional customer service he provided. He went above and beyond in helping me set up my pricing and bundles, taking the time to walk me through each step and thoroughly answer all of my questions. I asked quite a lot, and throughout the entire process he remained extremely polite, patient, and professional. I never once felt rushed or that my questions were an inconvenience. From a customer experience standpoint, his responsiveness and calm demeanor really set the gold standard. He clearly knows the product well and was able to quickly help me locate specific settings that I was having trouble finding on my own. As for the app itself, I genuinely enjoy using it. It is very user-friendly and clearly designed with customers in mind. While there were a few settings I could not immediately locate, Juozas made the experience seamless by guiding me through them efficiently. Overall, this was a great example of service done right. His support added real value and reinforced my confidence in both the platform and the team behind it.
