Dominykas helped me out way more than I expected. From the start, he was super professional, patient, and actually took the time to explain everything so I could fully understand the platform. Before talking to him, I was honestly thinking about leaving, but after his help, I feel confident using everything now and I’m definitely staying.

Highly recommend this app! I’ve been using it for a few years now, and the customer support has always been amazing. Domantas in to help, has been incredibly helpful—he went above and beyond to make sure my bundle & subscription looked exactly how I wanted and even assisted with backend fixes to ensure everything was working perfectly. thank you so much Domantas.

customer service response times went from 10 mins to now minimum 30 and ive been waiting 3 hours for a response, idk whats wrong. Not an isolated case, this has happened on back to back days withdifferent chats different agents etc. where I have had to wait hours for a response, I think they laid off some people and as a result the cs is getting horrible, please fix this kaching team!

Love this app, gets the job done everytime. Had issues with some coding and Paulius helped me with this in under 5 minutes! Highly recommend.

Great app! Definitely recommend it if you want to integrate bundles into your website. Customer support has been excellent, too. Tomas fixed a design issue for us in no time.
I was struggling with some of the set up & 'Domantas' helped me navigate through a bundle set up and got it functioning correctly, great work & clear communication. I'm loving the features of the Kaching app.
