Adele is an absolute gem! I have a bit of a complicated setup and the bundle wasn't appearing as I'd hoped it would. She spent nearly an hour on a chat with me trying out different setups until I was happy and stayed patient, kind and helpful throughout -- even when I asked her to just put it back to how it was in the beginning (sorry Adele!). Thank you for the great support - great product!

So far very simple to use and easy to integrate into our store. The app is very new and we signed up on the first version, so understandably a few functions we needed were missing. However what made me leave the review is the fact we brough these up to support and have the engineering team join in on our ticket and fix these for us. They implemented one fix we needed over the weekend. Other small issues were sorted out and we had their engineer help us with old subscriptions that were still affected. Their customer support was great, they were super fast and incredibly helpful. Hopefully they keep pushing new features, but for now I am very content and happy with the level of support and hands on help I recieved.

Sebastian is one of the best helper around kaching for real guys, he helped me a lot with some issues in my backend on shopify and kaching settings. If anyone have to deal with Sebastian i can assure that he can solve all the problems also when seem complicated ones ! THANKS SEBASTIAN

I had an issue with my theme’s sticky Add to Cart button not updating bundle quantities correctly. The Kaching Bundles team (Jacob) responded quickly, identified the cause, and created a custom script to make it work flawlessly.
