Kaching Bundles App & Upsells

Great experience with Kaching Bundles. The app works really well, is easy to set up, and has everything you need to create high-converting bundles. Their customer support is also excellent. Special thanks to Dominykas, who was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. Definitely one of the best bundle apps for Shopify.

Easy set up, and great communication from Dominykas.

I had a lot of demands for Greta, but in less than 30 minutes, she personally customized something that I would've never been able to alone. I appreciate her time a lot, this is a great Company.

Greta me ha dado una asistencia increible. Mi consulta no era nada facil y la ha sabido resolver sin problema. Sin duda una experiencia muy agradable, gracias.

Un support incroyablement rapide à chaque fois, merci Dominykas

Customer service is great, always prompt the answer and help.

Dominykas was brilliant - did a great job looking into a complex issue which he found the cause of (unrelated to kaching) and gave good advice how to fix

great service and efficient!

Sebastian is a great support! Very appreciate his help and patience with me. Can only recommend.

Paul was really helpful, helped us very quick with our problem.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Dovydas from the Katching support team, and I must say, the experience was absolutely phenomenal. Running an e-commerce store comes with its fair share of technical challenges, but having a support agent like Dovydas makes a world of difference. First and foremost, his response time is incredibly fast. I barely had to wait before he was on top of my issue, perfectly on time. But it’s not just about speed, he truly knows everything inside out. His knowledge about the app and how it integrates with the store is top-notch. He listened carefully to my problem, pinpointed the exact issue right away, and provided a very clear, step-by-step solution. He didn't just give a generic reply; he genuinely took the time to ensure everything was working flawlessly for my business. If you ever need help with Katching, you are in great hands with Dovydas. Highly recommended!

Merci beaucoup !

Martynas helped us out and was very friendly. Great service!
