The Kaching team is excellent, very responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Erikas in particular was incredibly helpful and took the time to understand my issue and guide me to the right solution. The support felt genuinely human and professional, not rushed or generic. Overall, a great experience and a team I’d definitely recommend.

The app works really well. You do pay for it, but you definitely get a lot in return it comes with many useful options and features. It has been running for a day now and everything seems to be working perfectly so far. I had a small issue, but I contacted support and Deividas helped me quickly.

I want to express my gratitude for the excellent support I received from Deividas. The Kaching Bundles team helped me resolve an issue with the Compare at price not displaying correctly for my bundled products. They were quick to respond, and their guidance was clear and very effective in fixing the issue. The team was very knowledgeable and walked me through every step to ensure everything was set up properly, allowing the Compare at price to display correctly both in the admin and live store. Thanks to their timely and professional assistance, the issue was resolved smoothly, and I can now offer my customers the full pricing transparency they need. I truly appreciate the support!
