I had trouble managing packs on my page, but the app is perfect for that and other types of offers. They also have excellent customer service. I dealt with Domantas, and he was 10 out of 10.

Great app for shopify, helps out so much and I've never had a customer experience that was as good as Kaching. They have top teir customer support reps. Recently, I had a very difficult issue to fix and it seemed like it was impossible to get fixed but my rep named Deividas helped me out a lot and got everything straightened out for me. Helped a lot.

We’ve been using Kaching Bundles for a long time across our Shopify stores, and the app itself is already very strong for bundle setup and AOV optimization. What really stands out is the support. Deividas helped us quickly with a technical issue around bundle pricing and theme behavior, and solved it cleanly and professionally. Fast responses, clear thinking, and no back-and-forth. I needed some help with customization of a bundle option and contacted customer support via the chat. Took less than 30min to be connected and got help from Simona, who was absolutely amazing in helping! Definitely best customer service i have had to date!

Pijus helped me right away and was incredibly professional, kind, and efficient. He understood the issue immediately and solved it much faster than I expected. His support was clear, calm, and very reassuring. I truly appreciate his dedication and responsiveness. Highly recommended!
