Had an issue with variants not displaying properly - was shocked when my message was answered within minutes at 1am - AND Sebastian not only checked into the issue but fully resolved it found the problem and was proactive in letting me know how to ensure it didn't happen in the future. Very happy with the app and the support.

I had an amazing experience with the Kaching Bundles app! The app itself works perfectly for combining different discounts and creating bundle offers, but what really stood out was the support. Sebastian personally guided me step-by-step through how to set everything up and helped me combine multiple discount types smoothly. Super patient, clear instructions, and genuinely cared about helping me get it right. Highly recommend this app — and big thanks to Sebastian for going above and beyond!

Amazing customer service and a really well-designed app. Deividas from customer service really made me want to stay. He does everything he can to help you set up the app and is super responsive.

Very happy with the app so far, we actually sold two bundles within minutes of enabling it. I reached out to support to help me with some styling issues and the agent Deividas was very helpful and actioned my changes very quickly.
