I used all the apps provided with this company. All works perfect. Highly recommend this app. Customer service is amazing, Erikas helped me to custom the code to fit with my store that is so good.

Excellente application de bundle, très simple à installer et à configurer sur Shopify. Elle permet de créer des offres claires et efficaces qui boostent vraiment la conversion. Un grand merci tout particulièrement à Eligijus, qui a été au top : réactif, professionnel et très efficace, il a su m’aider rapidement et trouver la solution sans perdre de temps. Great app for using bundles. Got stuck for a moment while making my bundles... when I asked for help in the chat I got a response in a couple of minutes. Paulius helped me immediately and everything was fixed right away!

I've been using Kaching bundles for years through multiple stores - it is a gamechanger of an app, but this isn't why I'm leaving a review. We encountered a bug on Shopify that meant the way I was using Kaching wasn't favourable - it was very frustrating, and in no way Kaching's fault - but Shopify made a hard edit that meant my current offer did not match with the checkout. Stressed and annoyed that performance was being impacted, I nearly decided to quit, but Deividas actually went and practically sat next to me (virtually) to fix this whole thing - we spent close to an hour, and we finally resolved it at the end - my grit, and Deividas's patience and quick thinking. The level of assistance was amazing, this is what I look for when getting an app on Shopify - customer support that actually SUPPORTS you. Legend.

The customer service is excellent and the response is prompt. I needed to do a custom code for an upsell bundle, and Sebastian helped me solve the problem within minutes. The application runs well on our website and has brought considerable sales. Highly recommended.

I'd prefer they make their guides more adequate for self-diagnosing but the live support is still quick and actually helps me out with my problem. Other than that the app itself is amazing. Thank you Dovydas for your amazing support!
