Worked with Paulius and I am a founder not a tech person so as you can imagine it was not easy!!! He was patient, responsive and very thorough. Got me fixed in minutes!!! Great service, great app and I have already seen an uptick in orders!! Thank you, Jane Foodie!

App is great, customer support, Domantas especially is a really helpful dude, i love him already. Recommend it to everyone, with this customer support you can do anything, they will help you will custom CSS and everything!

The app works perfectly for my pet supply store, but the support is what truly stands out. I had a specific request to hide variant selectors for certain items in a bundle using custom CSS. IEVA from the support team was amazing—she jumped in and manually added the code for me, saving me a lot of technical headache. If you need a bundle app with a team that actually cares, this is the one!

I had trouble managing packs on my page, but the app is perfect for that and other types of offers. They also have excellent customer service. I dealt with Domantas, and he was 10 out of 10.

Great app for shopify, helps out so much and I've never had a customer experience that was as good as Kaching. They have top teir customer support reps. Recently, I had a very difficult issue to fix and it seemed like it was impossible to get fixed but my rep named Deividas helped me out a lot and got everything straightened out for me. Helped a lot.
