Absolutely incredible support — fast, professional, and genuinely helpful! I had a few questions about setting up my bundles and ran into some issues along the way, and I spoke with Lukas who was outstanding. The response was almost immediate — within just a few minutes — and he walked me through a quick setup guide and sorted everything out perfectly. He even tested my store live and implemented a custom JS snippet to update the theme price and Add to Cart button based on the bundle price. Everything works flawlessly now. Super professional, super friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. This is exactly the kind of support every Shopify app should have. Dovydas was super helpful in resolving an issue I had with the bundle app not working properly with my Shopify theme. The wrong quantities were being added to cart which was affecting my sales. He quickly figured out what the problem was and sorted it out with a workaround. Really fast and knowledgeable support. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Kaching Bundles!

The app itself is amazing. It gives us a ton of possibilities to market our products in different ways. The support team is one of the best things as well, Juozas helped me change some code to fit our needs and was super quick to deliver! Highly recommended.
