top customer support

The app itself good and the customer service team very helpful especially Sebestian.

My experience with Sebastian was great, he answer all my question. I Left the chat fully satisfied.

Eligijus quick and amazing support !

I installed two apps from them and only talking to one customer support specifically Dovydas, He was able to solve my automatic free gifts issues where I didn't want the UI to show up. And now it works super seamlessly with both the Katching bundles app and also the Katching cart app. There was also an issue that we had with Vitals app integration specifically the sticky add to cart button from vitals where it did not trigger any Katching bundles Free gift that we set up and he was able to solve it. Top tier customer support

Excellent app and great customer service. Dovydas helped with my query promptly and needed some custom for a bundle I want to set up - he instantly done that and resolved the issue. Thank you, team Kaching.

Kaching bundles, has always been the best way to go when bundling any items on any store, their support is amazing always no matter the time of day! A+++++++
