Dominykas was incredibly helpful from start to finish. I had a pretty frustrating issue with my bundle pricing that I couldn’t figure out on my own, and he solved it quickly and efficiently. He was patient, clear in his explanations, and made sure everything was fully working before closing the conversation. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping and not just giving generic support replies. If every support agent was like Dominykas, running a Shopify store would be 10x easier. Truly appreciate the help — thank you!

I was having a major issue with my products showing as 'Sold Out' and $0.00 prices. Lukas from the Kaching team stayed with me and helped me realize it was actually a Shopify shipping profile issue, not the app! Incredible customer service and a great app. Highly recommend!

Domantas helped me greatly. I had colours not displaying correctly due to my theme file. He diagnosed the problem and instructed how to rectify it. Very grateful! I also waited only 2 mins to be attended to. Fantastic service

Incredible app! Super easy to customize. It has all the features you could need. I saw an instant AOV increase once I set this thing up. It's low-key rocket fuel for your store! Also, shout out to customer service. Dominykas was super helpful, replied right away and made my life easy, plus he's got a cool name!

I used this app for the first time. I use technology, but do not consider myself tech "savvy" AT ALL! It did take me a bit to figure it out, but definitely NOT a huge learning curve. I had a specific issue I wanted to change, but couldn't figure it out. I used the online messaging and Dominykas responded immediately. It was literally moments and he had it set up perfectly!! SOOOO thrilled with the custom bundle I created through the app, but more importantly, the immediate customer service, and the speed at which Dominykas solved my issue. Very friendly and didn't make me feel like I should have been able to solve this easily myself. This interaction confirms I've made a VERY good choice in using this app to help me maximize my business! With this level of Customer Service, it has also significantly decreased my stress!!! Thank you Dominykas! You're the BEST and made my day!!

Juozas was extremely helpful and took his time to complete my request! I was very confused at the start and didnt know what to do but Juozas offered to do it himself and he did exactly what i needed!! Amazing service
